Ends of the Earth

The new studio album “Ends of the Earth” is almost here!

This will be our seventh or eighth album depending on who you talk to, and as you know the seventh, or eighth is probably the most important one. Wink.

Our current plan is to release the album at the beginning of May with UK and international tours following closely on its heels, and we need money to fund the whole operation! And that is where you come in.

Have a look through the Kickstarter page at all the shiny beautiful things available as part of the new album campaign.
You want Music? We’ve got CD’s, Vinyl and even cassettes. Clothing? We’ve got t-shirts, hoodies, hats and socks! You need some awesome nerdy stuff? We’ve got tankards, playmats, dice, all sorts!

As you can see, the artwork looks incredible! Huge thanks to artist James Stokoe, you’re a genius!
He’s also done some more custom pieces to adorn our wares and knick-knacks; you’re going to love it.

The Music

We know you're all excited to listen to the music...but it's not quite ready to share yet. What we can share is the track list, so without further ado....

Labyrinth Blues
Over He Goes
Hey John Barleycorn
Jolly Roving Tar
The Mothman
Paddington Fair
Dying of the Day
Bow Hauliers
Scrimshaw
Ends of the Earth
The Mallard
What Did I Do
Re-Retirement Song

All the songs on this album except two (Hey John Barleycorn and Jolly Roving Tar) are originals! Produced by the wonderful Paul Worthington of Salt Studios in Newcastle, he's been guiding the recordings of The Longest Johns for a fair few years now and we love what he's done with End of the Earth.

Every bit of money spent will go into bringing 'Ends of the Earth' to life, so Thank You for directly supporting bands. (Or at least, a band). We can’t wait to show you 'Ends of the Earth'! So head over to the Kickstarter and take a look at all the offerings. We really do appreciate all your support bringing this project to life and we truly hope you enjoy it!
